Diet: Day One
In preparation for Christmas, and to allow myself maximal indulgence, I am starting a sort of diet. A sort of semi-detox, if you will.
Fruits and veggies, mainly raw if I can manage them. Lots of juice. Lots of water.
Cutting coffee, meat, sugar, bread, etc.
I will do this for this week, eat normally next week (sans junk, of course), and then do it again the following week. That way, when Christmas comes around, I will be able to indulge without having to worry about my midsection.
Oh, also, I joined a gym. This should be good. By the time summer rolls around, I'll be in great shape!!!
